This website is operated by Ekaterina Konovalenko, a photographer and retoucher based in Norman Wells, NWT. I respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What information I collect I collect only what’s needed to provide my services and run this website:
- Contact details you give me (name, email, phone) when you book a session or message me
- Booking and payment details needed to deliver your service
- Photographs taken during your session
- For document photography: the identity photos and any details required for that document
- Basic website data (such as cookies or analytics) if enabled, used to understand site traffic
How I use your informationYour information is used only to: respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver your session, process payment, deliver your photos, and — with your permission — display non-document work in my portfolio. I do not use your information for any unrelated purpose.
Sharing your information I do not sell your personal information. I share it only where necessary to deliver your service (for example, a secure cloud-storage provider for delivering your gallery) or where required by law. Document photographs are never shared with anyone and are kept strictly confidential.
Consent By using this website or booking a service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here. For portfolio use of session photos, I rely on the consent set out in your service agreement, and you may decline portfolio use at any time.
How long I keep your information I keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet any legal requirements. Document photographs are deleted from my working storage once delivered to you.
